Added Semiologic Resource Page

I am moving my Semiologic tutorial videos as "child pages" to a "parent page" titled the "Semiologic Resources" page.

I want the information to be better organized using the silo format. What I did on the old or existing old page was use the redirect feature to the existing links to the original page will go to the new page.
